Very flexible, the menu says Fried Calamari and I asked if they could make it Grilled. The answer was "But Of-Course", which I loved the answer and is very Greek. Loved the Calamari Grilled but I have also had it Fried and love both of them, hard to decide which one is my favorite, great quality. Very friendly and customer oriented staff and owners.They have both traditional Greek dishes along with many other options. The service is top notch, can't ask for better. Waitstaff is always there when you need them and you never feel rushed to leave and always feel welcome by everyone. Ambiance is elegant, chic and sleek. Restaurant is Very Clean!
